Children go to any of five areas in the school to do various arts and crafts, science or play activities. The five areas are:

Area 1: front room dramatic play/crafts	Area 2: kitchen tactile play: play dough, clay, foam etc., painting on easels, craft project or cooking
Area 3: science room and doll/role-playing room science projects, library, puzzles, games, dress-up clothes
Area 4: back yard large motor skills activities; tricycles, scooters, sandbox, water table	Area 5: front yard swings, carpentry, tactile table, gardening, pets
